Results - Week 14

At this point, it's all going to be painful goodbyes.

This week proves no different, and it just goes uphill from here. One of them I was expecting a day or so ago when I checked on the poll and saw the "vote gap" where someone gets behind early on and it's an uphill struggle to get caught back up. I've seen it done, but not as often as I've seen it happen.

The other elimination though has been back and forth and when I hit that "close poll" and "refresh" I apparently hadn't been paying close enough attention because I wasn't expecting to see that name!

Goodbye to   swirlsofpurple  and rayaso  (the Idol Sisterhood claiming their final victim) 

Thank you for coming out and playing this mini season, I've loved having you here! I hope you've had fun and will consider home gaming, and hanging around to cheer on your favorites! (Well, for one of you that's guaranteed to happen! :D)

I have to admit, having no reactions to my Home Game made me less enthused to vote for anyone in any fashion. So while I played a bad game, so did everyone else... so NAH! You all wrote wonderfully though, but like American Idol... talent only gets you so far!

I'm rather glad you raised this point, and I think Gary's response makes a lot of sense. Embed it into a comment on the main page for the week and voila - no problem.

Oh, I totally missed that there WAS a Home-Game entry. I always want them to be linked below the polls-- all your weekly stories in a single location. But thus far, Gary has not wanted to do that. :(

I will miss your entries but so many of them have become part of my inner catalogue that they (and you) never really go away. There are soul-catching egrets, a little guy with a wonderful imagination and marvelous careers and adventures, and magical shops and places and creatures and robots. Sigh. With a head full of this much joy I can never be lonely. :-) Thank you!

Oh no. I loved BOTH those writers. rayaso has the best sense of humour in writing I've ever read, and I loved swirlsofpurple's evocative stories. This is going to be harder every week.
