Green Room - Week 0 - Day 6

We watched Poltergeist last night. It was the first time in years that I'd seen it (and the 9-year old had never seen it), and I had forgotten that it all boils down to one important lesson: Demons want friends too. Why couldn't they have just let that little girl hang out with her friend the demon, and all of those spirits?

Some parents are just greedy!

It got pretty creepy when I went on Wikipedia to find out what happened with the sequels, and found out what happened to the two girls!

Oh, and Happy Mother's Day! Idol appreciates all the Mothers out there who messed their kids up to the point that they decided "I'm going to do that Idol thing!"

I'm spending the day cleaning things up and pretending it's just another Sunday. My mom passed away four years ago and today's kind of hard. At least tonight I'm going out for dinner with my dad, which I'm excited about. Little things! Also, reccing reckless_blues' entry; it's amazingly gorgeous.

Also *hugs*. My husband is the oldest of five, and their mother died a few months before I met him, so it's a heavy day around here too. *more hugs*
