I'm at work from 9:00-5:30 today. Open 'til close. In retail.

Then the husband and I are driving straight to western PA. 7-hour drive.

Be careful. The roads are bad. Last night they were total crap, and I was almost in an accident when I was driving home from Cleveland. The interstates are fine, but 224/local roads are abysmal. Even this morning, they're still not that great.

No, I live in Western Pennsylvania. The Boyfriend™ is in Cleveland, and I was driving home from visiting him.

Ah.. I live in Cleveland. My grandparents live in Grove City area. It's hard to believe the roads were that bad last night. Cleveland got very little snow.

I know! The roads were absolutely fine until I got to the Youngstown exit. It was so bad. The visibility was low due to the volume of snow, and nothing had been plowed or salted. I was almost in an accident on 224; my car fishtailed and wouldn't stop spinning around. I slid into oncoming traffic and almost into the car in front of me. Previously, I had only been going about 15 MPH. Scary.

PA is so weird...Mom had warned us about a blizzard but all the snow and ice was gone by the time we got up here.

Be safe! I'm driving on the 26th, but we're going South (to Florida, yay! which may mean swimming) as opposed to North. We did the trip up to Western PA for Thanksgiving, though.

Ah, Christmas in retail. How I don't miss it. I think I'd rather have unanesthetized root canal.
