Work Room - Week 4
Jan. 4th, 2016 08:33 pmGranted, you don't have to do a non-fiction entry... and the movie related topic can easily be made into talking about a book or any other piece of popular culture.
There's plenty of ways to twist and turn these things into whatever you want to make them. On the other hand, they are kind of specific.
But this is definitely a different kind of week. Or rather it's a different kind of week than most of the "new school" players have ever seen. Which makes it interesting to me.
How are you going to make yourself stand out?

Reminder: Any changes with the teams needs to be with me by Thursday at 9pm. (24 hours before the deadline) So if you want to add/drop members or form new teams now that you have had a few weeks to get to know some of the newbies, just send me an email at clauderainsrm@gmail.com!

I hate being a downer so early in the season but I'm just wondering if people who submitted are consciously shooting them and everyone else in the foot. Topics so obtuse that they need an explanation have a way of scaring off people, so WTF? Do you want to play or not?
It's like the time they did Viewers Choice on Chopped. They've only done it once and never again, for obvious reasons. It was fun watching the cheftestants bumble and stumble through ingredients which make you go OMGWTF but the end most results seemed barely edible, IIRC.
