I'm doing some spring cleaning around the place. You know, getting rid of some of those dirty, smelly things that seem to be clinging on to every surface they can latch onto - those contestants! Man, that are a bunch of foreign hippies, just stinking up the place.

Fortunately, I'm going to bomb the place, which should cause them to scatter and. . .

Gary, you have all the good toys! Can I borrow that mind eraser? I want to use it on myself for the majority of Super, and then I want to share it with my co-workers, since one of them tricked a whole bunch of the others into seeing a picture of her 80 year old dad's bare bum.

I am all caught up on reading entries that have been posted *celebrates* :D And MAN what a fucking amazing week of entries. I've marked like half of the ones I've read as things I want to rec (which means my vote-for list is even higher) but I feel like I should narrow my list down lest it look like I'm brown-nosing or something >.> I don't know what I'm going to do!

I'm trying to summon the courage to get out of bed. I know I should...but I just don't have it in me. I already slept way too late as it is, but I've just been so tired these days. For once, Miss Kitty didn't try to make me get up at 3 am, but Annabelle got sick and had me worried all night so that I couldn't sleep either.

Sometimes, I feel like I'm talking about kids instead of animals...

Well I need to shower and get to that place that ruins all my fun. Hope everyone has a good Tuesday!

What's that? It's time for another green room? Doh! I was hoping I could sleep in.

Still feeling sick/run down, but I got everything done that I needed yesterday, so at least I'm not any further behind today. It's a long work day, but tomorrow morning I'm off to assist with my daughter's preschool Easter party, and then just one more day of work before my three day weekend. So yeah, I'm determined to get through today, and trying to think of this week as a couple of sprints instead of the usual marathon.

On the bright side, alephz and I posted our entries last night, so I won't be bying out this week!

Good morning. I'm doing well enough--finished some reading for Economics, gotta type up a couple of short answer questions over lunch, and then I've got class. The end of semester crunch is looming ahead of me, and I'm hoping that I'm able to hold it together til then.

Good Morning Fellow Denizens of the Green Room!

It comes as little surprise to me that Gary has evil, diabolical and just plain mean plans devised to torture and torment us. But hey, it's why we love Idol, right??? :-)

I'm sleeeeeeeeeeepy. Didn't get to sleep until after 1 this morning, WAY overslept and got up at 520, in a panicked frenzy, got myself to work pretty close to on time and now I'm just watching the minutes tick by ever so slooooooowly. I needs a nap STAT!

On the brighter side of things, I'm doing my last tweaks and edits on my side of my intersection with the awesome nyxocity who is a fantastic partner. If there's more intersections in the offing, somebody would be wise to snap her up! So there's a chance I might actually not be posting my entry .00000002 seconds before the deadline! Wooo hooo for that!

And now I'm craving Chinese food. Noodles in particular. Gah!

It's 4AM and I'm leaving for Melbourne in about an hour-and-a-half. 12 hour road trip here I come, wheeeeeeeeeee!

So glad I was able to get an entry in this week, even if I am partnerless and even if being partnerless results in something bad, LOL. Assuming I make it through, I'm kinda, maybe, sorta worried I won't have time next week since it looks like my time in Melbourne will be busy :| Gary should be nice and give us Easter off, yes/yes? ;D

Today has been one of those days.
We scattered my grandparents' ashes this morning, which was actually nice, although a little odd. Then came home to an epic water-tank leak and had to call an emergency plumber. And then my dad fell off the attic ladder and made me genuinely think he'd broken every bone in his body for about an hour, and I was having visions of having to drive him to A&E and all sorts, until I realised all he'd got a bruised finger and a small cut. Honestly: Men.

And then I came home and found out that Elisabeth Sladen died today at the age of 63.

Today is very welcome to Go Away: I'm going to bed.

(On a positive note, my intersection with cheshire23 went very well, and I really like the entries we've both come up with, so yay!)
