I apologize for how late this Green Room is today.

I had to go get some tests done.

The verdict? Idol contestants were in fact correct.

I have no heart. They just couldn't find one. Also missing were compassion, mercy and a conscience.

However my blood-lust and evil glands appear to be abnormally large, filling up those otherwise empty spaces quite well.

They attempted to do some bloodwork. But it turns out that it's pure acid!
I guess that I should have told them in advance! Oops. My bad.

I'm sure the techs will recover. Eventually.

I would gladly offer to have no heart if it meant I needed no digestive system. I've had a killer stomach flu for like 48 hours now and its truly made my life a little vile.

On the positive side, two weeks of spring break after today. On the negative side, I'm in administration so I don't get to go anywhere.

This weekend I will be trying my ABSOLUTE BEST to stay off my foot as much as possible! I even have all my schoolwork set up by the couch where my laptop is set up so I can just sit and relax.

I do have something to do on Sunday, and some laundry to do... but that's about it. ^^

Weekend is full of stuffs! Should get out for a gaming night tonight. Spending time with my dad tomorrow morning, he has an autograph from Martin Luther King Jr he's trying to get authenticated and appraised at an autograph show. Have a date tomorrow night, and Sunday will probably be recovery time :D

Acid? That's a fine trick. I wonder if I can get my blood switched out for acid too. It would certainly keep those pesky vampires at bay! And while I do have a heart, I am absolutely bereft soul-wise. Must be why I enjoy this craziness so much.

Day is blah here. Several more hours till I can get off work. I think I'll be lame and spend the night working from home because I'm so awesome and well lame like that. Go me!

I'm not the only one who feels sad that the weekend is too short before it even officially begins, right? I just read in Cosmo that you feel crappy until about noon on Saturday and then start feeling crappy again by 4 pm on Sunday. Work sucks the life right out of us, I swear!

This weekend marks the end of my Spring Break :( I just want it to go on forever! I don't want to go back to the madhouse where I teach.

Hopefully I will do SOMETHING fun this weekend... try and work on my tan some more (a losing battle), go grocery shopping, finish my book... you know, real party stuff.

This weekend I have some stuff I need to do that may or may not get done because I plan to spend every spare second I have playing Dragon Age II. I'm so excited to complete my first play through, and I'm hoping maybe I can pull it off this weekend. Or get close, anyway.

Other than that? I got nothing. Well, I have a heart, mercy, compassion and a conscience. As long as no one tries to get between me and my game console this weekend :)

I do have Idol reading to finish. I'm going to try and do that before I leave work tonight. It's Friday, after all, and starting a new task now would be ridiculous with an hour left.

I have finished reading all the entries! Yippee! I'm going to say I commented on every one, but I don't want to make that claim and then have someone pipe up and say 'you missed mine' because it's entirely possible that happened.

I hope to get some naps in this weekend. It would be good to get this baby out of the way, too. Much more convenient if she came today or tomorrow for the purposes of childcare...

I was leaning toward making a "safe" list of the people who were "safe" (if Topsy Turvy was not used this round).

However with the amount of votes currently in, and the ones still outstanding, only ONE person out of the entire competition is safe - and that's because she still has a personal immunity token that would come into play if she was in danger.

Everyone else? Some of you are closer to "being out of the woods" than others, but no one is completely safe.

I have voted and am looking at a stormy weekend full of shows. I am also being annoyed at the development people who I understand need to do their job selling our show, but not at the expense of us, say, actually being able to do the show. Also, stop asking for things at the last possible minute!

Hey - I had blood drawn today too. Mine wasn't acid, and the tech was awesome since my veins are occasionally hard to find and she had no issues at all.

Oh, yay for having a good tech! I used to donate blood regularly (apparently mine is also the regular, non-acidic kind) and I'm lucky to have really obvious veins... phlebotomists love me :D

As of this moment, there are 3 contestants from Tribe 1 who are SAFE. They have made it through to the first round. Barring Topsy Turvy being played.

As of this moment, there is 1 contestant from Tribe 2 who is SAFE. Regardless. (Due to the immunity token)

Also - There is 1 contestant left in the competition with the ability to give immunity to someone else.
