The lives of both of the people we are saying goodbye to have changed a great deal over the past couple of months.

I'm just really glad that we have had the chance to see it unfold in front of us. (Well, the good stuff at least. :D)

Today we are saying goodbye to our 20th and 21st place finishers:

Thanks guys! It's been s great run! As someone who joined this competition not knowing a soul related to LJI and not anticipating that she'd make it past the first couple of weeks, I cam confidently say that I have no regrets. In the end, real life got tge best of me, and I couldn't put out the entry I wanted this week, but that's all a part of the competition. I envy the contestants who have been able to give quality entries week after week. I'm not sure I could have maintained that kind of consistency in the home stretch.

Thanks to everyone for reading, commenting, and supporting me. It's meant more to me in these last few months to have a great group of new friends than I ever could have imagined. You guys are wonderful and talented. I'm not sure if I will find time for tge home game, but I'll be reading, supporting my favorites, and hopefully penning my trip report from our wonderful spring vacation.

Thanks guys. This has been an experience and I've loved every minute of it and gotten sooo much more out of it than I even intended.

Sigh. When I was looking at the poll last night before I went to sleep all I could think was, I don't want -anyone- to have to go!

I loved impoetry's tales of Billy Wylde and lawchicky's story of how she snuck her little sister into Disney World is easily one of my favorite entries over the whole season :)
