Weekend was nice, even if the weather was not. Had fun with College Kid and her new BF. Splurged and took 'em down to Newport On the Levee to have dinner with a skyline view. Fun times.
Finished my work day early today! Yay! Bummer it's still pouring rain, but it means I get to go visit LJ (Idol) Land, so I'll go with that!
Looking forward to the season finale of HOUSE MD tonight. Bet it's a cliff-hanger though...AW

I, too, am looking forward to House...but I hate season finale cliffhangers. :P

I'm also sad that Flashfoward is being cancelled, though I understand why. I only wish that ABC hadn't put half of its new shows on hiatus for 3-4 months... I think that killed some really good shows. :(

I absolutely HATE the mid-season hiatus that so many shows do. It messes with the momentum and continuity of the stor(ies). All the networks seem to do it. Not sure what their gain really is from doing this. Oh well...I still watch anyway...AW

I am also frustrated because I feel that Flashforward is a much better show than V, but V got a plum timeslot. So I feel like the wrong show got the save, if they were picking one sci fi show to continue.

I haven't watched V (I can only keep up with one at a time), so I can't compare the two...but I definitely feel like FF has definite potential and it makes me sad to see it go. :( I can only hope they try to resolve some of the plot when they wrap up the season.

Flashforward is being cancelled? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! It has so much going for it and is one of the better, more original shows to come out over the past few years.
