Yes, there are a lot of byes. But there are also a lot of entries, and I prefer to concentrate on the positive!
Which means that there are a lot of really good entries out there that need your support. I hope you take the time to give it!

Work has been "interesting".
It seems to be a weird phase, because this crops back up every few months in ways that I've *never* seen it before. Maybe I'm just paying more attention now than I have before and this is *every* office. But there definitely seems a confusion/almost irritation at times that I won't take sides and join in. I just want to ignore everyone and run Idol... oh, I mean, *do my work*, and be left alone. But everyone else seems to want to be in everyone else's business.
