Green Room- Week 2- Day 5

I don't know about things where you are, but here in my world stuff has conspired to make it a very long week, indeed. Children, school, pets, doctors, money, and of course, a Vice Presidential Debate to watch.

What did *you* think of the show last night? Was there a clear winner? Are you tired of hearing a particular catchphrase now? I know there are a few I'm becoming allergic to...

There's no debating that it's almost LJ Idol voting time again. Looks like most everyone has their entry turned in. That's good, since this team of mavericks-*achoo!*- needs to see those links in place by noon EST today. Some of you set the bar pretty high last week and I can't wait to see if you kept up the same level of quality this week. In other words, I'm looking forward to all the reading that awaits me!

Now, if you'll excuse me, it's been quite a morning already and I could use some socks and coffee. Y'all can hang around here and chat, though. I'll be back, and you know how the Green Room works...so, GO FOR IT!

Eh, I've been into Sandman for years but only read one of his novels, American Gods, about 2 years ago. It was interesting enough. I'd like to read more but I just don't have the time anymore.

I'll put his books in the TBR file. Too many books too little time. Reading Brisingr now which is really good. I love the Eragon books!

You'd better have a hell of a lot of time on your hands, Bax. They are *looong!*. Two MP3 CD's to be exact. :d I don't know what that would amount to in KB's though for you text ladened Bibliofiles. Just make sure you enjoy it; I know I did.

I love a good long book! It's funny! We talk about books in length of time to read as opposed to pages! hahahah. Brisingr is about 23 hours long! hahahah

Mmm... I'll have to check the case. I know it had the listening time on there. Something like 40 hours I think. Maybe 50? I can't remember... I'll tell you next week; we're leaving very nearly when Mom scoots in the door with Kellen.
