well last night I was getting all bothered by some particular internet shenanigans. I was totally going to write a big long angry post about it, which probably would have made some other people angry.

And then out of nowhere I just said to myself "Don't drive angry" which made me laugh and then I was able to just let it all go.

I'm off to mama baby day.

Except that I'm working too.

Tomorrow, we have a baseball game at night, and then we are going to a hotel near the ballpark, and in the morning we are having brunch at the Market Inn. The best part is NO BABY. Because well, it may be Mother's Day but it's also my anniversary.

My plans for the weekend involve buying shoes, getting my hair cut, finishing another corset (but this one is boring and for me), and attending a black-tie dinner function at the Supreme Court Saturday night.

There will be Justice! (or something like that)

Buying shoes is always a fun thing! I'm here at work. The computers are so slow! Our computer geek hasn't shown up yet and it's driving me crazy. It took me 45 minutes to get through work email and enter a little data. Oh well. It's Friday. This is a good thing.

With the weather's permission our pavilion will go up this weekend (YAY) so that all I have to do is pitch a tent in a couple of Fridays and start spinning yarns of one kind or another.

Plans for the weekend?
Getting my hair colored tomorrow so that should be interesting. It's for a costume for CONvergence in July and plus I am just in the mood to do something rather drastic with the hair.

Beyond that trying to figure out if anything is going down on Mothers Day with my mom but per the norm with my family, no plans yet and I should expect a call Sunday morning telling me what's happening. Sometimes I wish they could plan something ahead of time.

Beyond that, enjoying a weekend with no homework looming over my head.

Still in Harrisburg! :^) We're making French Onion Soup and Steaks for dinner. I am totally PSYCHED because I ADORE French Onion Soup. Especially with the croutons and melted provolone cheese on top...mmm.

We're debating on whether to leave on Saturday night or Sunday morning. Either way, I am just happy and relaxed. (We slept in until 2pm!)

I've also been reading "trashy beach novels" the last two nights to put myself to sleep. It's made me have VERY strange dreams (including last night's where an old man who looked like Dave Thomas drew a gun on me and I had to kick his butt). Hehe. I'm awful. Those books have also made me very lovey and huggy. Oops!
