From the moment she stepped into the competition, there was a buzz that she was going to win the whole thing. She was a talented writer, she was insanely popular... she was simplysakka and this week she has been eliminated from our competition at the hands at the person she let back in weeks ago!!!!

If that is not a shocking development, I don't know what is...

Well, how about THIS:

Our new topic.

Originally I had another one in mind, but since I've become the most popular person on LJ today, I've changed it up some and have bumped that other topic back a week!

The new topic is:

ASK NOT WHAT YOUR COUNTRY CAN DO FOR YOU, ASK WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR YOUR COUNTRY

Maybe you want to talk about the idea of civic responsibility, maybe about JFK or the US space program, or sacrifice, or just a laundry lists of things you can do to make the place you live better regardless of where that is!

It's up to you. As always, interpret it the way you want to interpret it.

The deadline is Friday Nov. 10th at 3 pm EST.
