There’s some really sad “bye-outs” this time. I’m even going to try to pull that punch. There are some really talented people leaving us this week, and some good friends to Idol.

Goodbye to belenen, fading_light, morettaallstar and xo_kizzy_xo.

Thank you for coming out this season and helping to make it special. I hope we will continue to see you around, rooting for and supporting your favorites - and in the Home Game!

As for the rest of you, in some ways it feels like we have been together for awhile. But in others, for me at least, it’s like the game is still taking shape. I just realized that we are now (as of this poll) breaking the point when we have fewer people than participated in Season 3! And there were a lot of things that ended up happening during the course of Season 3, so I know there’s a lot more to come here! :)

This week was a little extra “Salty”, so I thought it was a good time to pull out a “Community only vote”. You need to be a member of the LJ Idol community in order to cast a vote this time around. But guess what? Anyone can do it! It’s really easy to join the community, and that just means that you will get notifications when a new post happens. Well, if LJ is working properly you will (and if you don’t unclick wherever that box is that asks if you want notifications. I assume it’s still a thing)

Anyway, there will be 4 more contestants leaving us this week.

So make sure to read, comment and vote for your favorites! And tell a friend! Or 3!

Yep. For some reason your name wasn't highlighted on the spreadsheet though. So that goes down as *my* mistake. Which means you are still alive as of this poll. If you want to sacrifice, you can take the spot of someone who would otherwise be eliminated. Or you can take advantage of the fact that I screwed up and stay in the fight. It's your call. I will change things to "not eliminate" someone that I've announced in error. But I won't take out someone that I've previously declared as safe.

I completely forgot about the deadline :headdesk: Besides, weekend deadlines are the absolute worst for me because SO's home from his out of state job.

I also dislike weekend deadlines because that's when I'm more likely to spend time with my husband, so I tend to aim to have my entry up before the weekend if that happens.

...Especially because my husband still has no idea I'm playing, as far as I know (unless he's figured it out because he's seen it up on Firefox when he's used my computer, but if that's the case, he hasn't said anything to me).
