The adult would have to consent, and if there is a living parent and you are altering the original birth certificate, from what I've seen they would also have to consent.

Living next of kin aren't a factor.

My week's been busy.

I work 4:00 p.m. until midnight on Sundays, then 8:00 - 12:00 at my one job and 12:30 - 9:30 at my other job on Mondays, then I'm at that second job 10:00 - 7:00 on Tuesdays and 12:00-8:00 on Wednesdays.

Can I just take a moment to say how much I freaking HATE not having a normal/consistent work schedule?

Also, I'm applying for other jobs right now. Because I can't keep doing this nonsense. I'm not in my 20's anymore. ;)

Both my dogs have contracted a parasite. How, nobody has any idea. They probably infected each other, though. Anyway, after dropping dead at the cost of the exams, the tests, and the meds, we're now home and they have absolutely no interest in anything except sleeping. I was told this was entirely normal behavior in light of things.
