It's Week 3, and we are staring down what could be a massive bye-out from everyone who didn't show up for the last two weeks.

Which made me wonder, do I switch up the topic? Should I throw something nice and easy, right in most people's comfort zone?

Or should I try to bean someone and do a little headhunting?
