If there really was a restart-the-season-from-scratch power, I would laugh and laugh and laugh. And then cry. Heh.

It would be interesting, though, to see how approaches would change - like, what would you do different then if you knew what you know now? (That... was a horrible sentence. I hope it made sense. I need to get caffeine and breakfast real soon now).

I've been crap about commenting this week, due to all kinds of real life upheaval happening (nothing bad - just change, which is A Thing all in itself which wears me out). Gonna try to fix that after aforementioned caffeine and breakfast, and hopefully will get a rec list in here then too. I feel like everyone really stepped up their game this week. The entries were pretty damn amazing.

Might be interesting to hand it to the Spirit of LJ Idol, Season 9. Just to see what they would do with it.

I have a feeling that votes would either go toward someone who would *never* use the power, if you liked everyone OR to someone who would - if you especially wanted your opponents to have mental breakdowns! ;)

But then the person who reset it would also have to start from scratch, so why would they use it?

Also what would starting from scratch even mean? I'm guessing at this point a lot of people would refuse to come back anyway, both out of deference to the current remaining contestants and because we're invested now, we want to see what happens. And we're also exhausted, remember LJI almost killed us, let's not forget that ;).

Nah, I'm with lrig_rirrom. I would probably have a nervous breakdown and start rocking and crying in a corner before I could do any real damage to the man pulling the puppet strings.

We DVR'd the Superbowl, and just watched the commercials and the halftime show. The halftime show was AWESOME! :)

Other than that, it's Monday and I need more caffeine!

The internet really needs to make up it's mind about that Half-Time show.

All of the posts I saw *during it* were making fun of it, and saying it was awful - but most of the posts I've seen this morning have been saying it was great.

It's as if there were more than one opinion and individuals had their own tastes. Which isn't how the internet is supposed to work! :P

Gary, I have a poll question. You mentioned that if two of the three contestants in the redemption tribe received immunity, you would not eliminate anyone from that tribe. If that happens, would you eliminate 3 people from the main tribe?
