But this time it’s a little different.
Not the topic. The topic itself is fairly straight forward and predictable, but I believe it has some wiggle room for people to have some fun with it.
The topic is: “The Giving of Thanks”
Maybe you want to talk about things in your life that you are thankful to have. Maybe you want to talk about Thanksgiving memories (for those in places that celebrate that holiday). Maybe you want to talk about the importance of manners. Maybe you know someone/thing named “Thanks” that you once gave away. . . I don’t know. Turn it on it’s head, spin it around and have your way with it, whatever you need to do to make it your own. Finding a way to make it yours in an interesting and compelling way. That’s part of the fun.
But if the topic isn’t the surprise, then what is?
The deadline.
The deadline for this week’s entry is Monday November 26th at noon EST.. Yep, just a tad under a week. The longest time to get your entry in yet. Which means make it good. You certainly have the time.
Remember to link your entries as comments to this thread. All byes being used should be posted here – or emailed to clauderainsrm@gmail.com before the deadline listed above.
