How are you?

I'm doing well, especially since I spent the evening thinking about how the next couple weeks of Idol were going to go, and fine tuning some stuff. Oh yes, any night that I sit and think about Idol = better make sure you are fastened in and the seats are in their original upright position!*g*

Heh, ok. It's not THAT bad. But I'm going to have some fun!

edit to add something fun lifeofjason just reminded me of this. BEFORE there was LJ Idol, there was FANFIC SURVIVOR! It was a little competition I ran featuring people I knew from fanfic as well as a couple that I knew in real life. adpaz was actually a player!!! The actual forum is gone, but Jason was able to find the webpage that was made for his tribe. I'm in a weird mood this morning. I'm glad i made my post, but at the same time, I think what terrifies me is that it's still there, that everytime I go to my journal there it is staring at me. I had only ever talked to 3 people about that's written there and I think there has always been a part of me that was afraid that scene would hurt people if they heard about it. Or they would hurt for me maybe, which I have a hard time with. But I've always wanted to put it out there,

But I must accept the emotional consequences, after all isn't that why I decided to join this competition in the first place. To let go of demons, to hear what it is I had really had to say, even if it's hard.

Just had to get that off my chest, now I must go take my dog for a walk.

let's see... today is get my daughter to school, wait to go to the bank, go to the bank, go pay bills, come back home, pack up the laundry, drive it all to my parents's house, check that they've got no frozen pipes or break-in's or other bad things that happen when people are out of town, go pick up my daughter, go to the grocery store to get supper, back to my parents, do laundry.

just think. this is a relaxed day. the past three days have all had events for us to attend.

I had a nightmare this morning.

It was very, very scary because it was nearly my worst fear coming true... except that no one could/was allowed to help me.

I think I am going to take it easy today.

[and no, I do not blame the topic or anything like that. I haven't had a nightmare for a long time, but this is the first time I still (1.5 hrs and counting) remember the details so well.]

Ah, a short day today... Just a shift at the tax office = 7 hours of work. Yay! I can go home and actually CLEAN MY HOUSE (cuz I can't pay Spydie enough to come and clean it). And laundry, making dinner, watching PROJECT RUNWAY SEASON 4 PREMIERE!!!
