I have what I hope is a brilliant idea for my entry. Now I just have to see if it writes up as good as it sounds...

I did some research last night (I was up until around 2am, thus I have a triple skinny caramel macchiato on my desk) and am letting that percolate while I do other (work) things. With luck, I will get a rough draft done at lunch and off to my beta reader by dinner time.

I don't watch Whodunnit. The only Giles I know and love is the one from Buffy: The Vampire Slayer (aka Anthony Stewart Head).

Hello, GR! I've been stuck in staff development hell all day, which drained not only my will to live, but also my energy. Energy that I need for writing, dammit! So, it's now caffeine time, and since I, too, seem to be a member of the "I've got an awesome idea for my entry but no idea whether or not I can actually pull it off" club, plz cross your fingers for me. For me, this is the thing about having to claim a topic. I never usually write the first topic I pick. If there are two or four or whatever, I think I'm going to write one, and then all of a sudden I have an idea for the other one.
