This is my Roaming Gnome, taken at Las Cruces, NM for Cinco de Mayo last year. We bought him a tiny, gnome-sized sombrero to celebrate!

My cat bit me this AM. It smarts!!! Now my thumb is swollen. Have to go to the doc at 3 PM. The school nurse gave me ice, which cuts some o the ooowww factor, but it isn't all that helpful. AW

Saw Star Trek AND ate pizza that did not result in ulcer pain last night! As an old-school TOS fan, I thought the movie wasn't perfect but it was good Trek fun.

Tonight I shall attempt to create a Sim version of the character in my entry! ;) I will need a male and female version. Thinking of using the monochrome skin tone.

So far Monday is getting the best of me. I overslept and got to work late due to an over abundance of
Not Caring. As soon as I got to work I realized I had to go back home, because my computer was locked in the cabinet and the key was in my other purse. When I finally got my computer out and set up, it refused to connect to the network. I think it's finally working, but yeah. It's definitely Monday.

Hey Everyone,

I made a list of contestants by topic last night, to see who had what topic (just in case Gary does the thing where we flip topics and change partners, I already have a framework table set up now, I just have to fill in the new partners). I meant to make it private (it's not quite done, just mostly), but I missed that, so I'm afraid the entire list of contestants is probably getting pingback notices; I had changed it to private as soon as I noticed, but it doesn't appear to have helped any.

Anyway, sorry about that, I did not mean to disrupt anyone's morning!

Would the gnome want to come to Charlotte? We have lots of banks that live in skyscrapers here. Oh, and also lots of trees for a fairly large city. AND cool restaurants, and a neat art district, and a disc golf park near our house, and lots of fun stuff for a little gnome person to do!
