Weird is OK as long as it's good! Unless of course it's one of those "weird and exciting" nights. Which are a completely different thing.
Hope that yours was alright. At least until this afternoon that is!
What is going on this afternoon?
Well, it's the end of the Second Chance poll - http://community.livejournal.com/therealljidol/422091.html
and the deadline for the main competition, where we will be finding out the terms of your fate: http://community.livejournal.com/therealljidol/422293.html
and of course "that thing" will be happening to you. Unfortunately, I did sign something saying that I wouldn't give you a heads up that it was going to go down. But I didn't say that I wouldn't try to drop a hint - watch where you are stepping.
If you heed the advice, maybe you can diverge that timeline and stop all of those horrible things from happening. If not - well, at least the horrible things leave me alone, and actually bring me on as senior executive management.

Also: Is it just me or is it the height of class to complain about someone's cleaning to someone else, well within their earshot? Bonus points if the person being complained about has been unable to stand for more than 15 minutes at a stretch for the last two days.

Date: 2011-02-05 06:21 pm (UTC)We went and saw Recycled Percussion at the Tropicana yesterday evening, they were fun, with much audience participation! Today we're driving to the Hoover Dam to take the dam tour, then some more gambling. I think so far for this trip I'm down $100 or so, and hubby is up at least that much if not more, so it all evens out...
We also have tickets to go to a SuperBowl party at the Treasure Island, for $50 per person, which includes a dinner buffet and tons of huge TV screens. It's really one of the most reasonably priced parties in town, phew! I don't really follow football, but I'll make an exception for the SuperBowl.
