Good morning.

I had a chat with the MRI again this morning.
I was telling it about how tonight was the deadline for contestants and their partners to get in their entries

It seemed to be impressed. Apparently it has had a LJ for years and planned for voting for it's favorites. So hopefully it will be telling all of it's MRI friends about what's going on!

Week 33! Day 3! Ahhh... I'm relishing in it. :)

Yesterday I wrapped my foot and did a small version of the 30-day Shred workout. It wasn't nearly as good of a workout, so I'm going to just rest until I can do full jumping jacks on my foot again. *pout*

My intersection partner has already written up their entry, just waiting on me to get my lazy butt moving! Promise to have something written by TONIGHT!

Hope everyone is enjoying the small cooldown we're experiencing. Or maybe that's just my neck of the woods.

In other news I signed the boy up for preschool summer camp, just a few hours next week. He is super excited, and I'm trying real hard to pretend I'm excited, lol.

I am back after nearly a week in NH! It was so nice to be unplugged and swimming every day. Although I did totally miss the last round of Idol. Ah well. Sometimes barbecue, swimming, friends, and fireworks take priority. Now I'm feeling refreshed and more energized.

Interested to see how this intersection thing works out this week! I was flattered to return to the internet and discover that someone had wanted to partner with me--even if I wasn't around to actually participate. :)

Still warm here. Yeah, I know, it's summertime, but we had a wet spring that lasted about 4 months and I'm still adjusting.

As gratefuladdict said to me yesterday, "geez, you bitched when it was cold, and now you're bitching when it's hot." Or something like that. Hey, I'm not bitchy about that much. Gotta have something!

And, I feel my internet/writing mojo returning. Woo!

I slept until freaking noon today. I *never* do that anymore. I had only had 4 hours sleep the night before and was up past 4:30 AM last night....so I guess I should have expected it. But I still feel rather lazy...

Especially when I have things like an entry to write! :P

TGIF! I feel a little funny saying that since I'm now working so little, but I'm still excited that the hubby will be back around again tomorrow AND the next day. Today has been busy, doing housework and invoicing clients and FINALLY adding to my trip report. I'm hoping to finish at least another half a day of the trip report this afternoon, but I still need to do some vaccuuming and kid feeding.

Yesterday afternoon I got a call about one of my job applications and I'm going in on Tuesday for an interview. Fingers and toes are crossed! It's a senior claims position with an insurance company, so decent pay with the hours of a normal human being as opposed to 80 hours a week. Trying not to get my hopes up too high because it's just an interview!

Have to get the siblings from basketball camp in a few minutes- phew, even days at home can be exhausting!

Oh, finally finished with my entry... such a load off my back.

Of course it's annoying as hell since I had to end up cutting out two thirds of the entry since it would become waaaaay too long, and I wouldn't have time to finish.

Oh well, another researched entry in case a suitable subject comes up I suppose.
