I have an entry for one of the questions, but I have been mulling over one of the others, and might want to submit that instead. What is the procedure to change which entry I actually want considered (since I wouldn't delete the first one, I would just want to change the link)?

You can delete your original comment, and in the new comment, make sure that you say the link is to a different entry. I think that would probably be the least confusing, at least for me.
