Dear Internet,

We have reached that time of the week again. Where we have to say goodbye to a couple of people who have been right there in the trenches for the entire season.

Cause you had a bad day
You're taking one down

It's never an easy thing to do, but sooner or later, it's what ends up happening to everyone. Except one. It's the nature of the beast.

You sing a sad song just to turn it around
You say you don't know

I'll owe them proper goodbyes. (yes, they are coming) But for now I will just announce them and give the rest of the contestants, and the audience, a chance to do it.

You tell me don't lie
You work at a smile and you go for a ride

After another week of coming right down to the wire - The two contestants leaving us this week are:

I am hoping that we will continue to see them around, and in the Home Game.

ask_a_sup: your entries were always entertaining and filled with great fun. Your supernatural columns were always interesting and you had such a great take on the topics at hand!

theliontholwen: I really remember your intersection story about James...how real and heartbreaking. You really pulled out some doozies with Idol...and wrote them so well.

You will both be missed (although hopefully not missed for long as the home game is around)! :)

thaliontholwen: I'm so glad that you decided to do this, because after being friends with you for a few years now, I feel like I know you so much better because of the last few months. You are thoughtful and you have narrative style that is often elegant in its simplicity--I think sometimes people forget the beauty of straightforward, articulate prose.
