Or at least that is the rumor that I've heard. Maybe someone will make a graph to show the importance of FL on the belief in the concept of "morning". I'm sure it will get at least 200 comments!*G*

Speaking of comments, people might recall that a few months back I mentioned that we were closing in on 75,000. There was a bit of excitment over that milestone, but then someone ended up getting it and pretty much everyone missed who it was!*g*

Well we are now closing in on 85,000!!! That's right - 10,000 comments between then and now! You folks are just plain talky at times!*g* I wonder who is going to have our 85,000th comment??

I'm doing good. Working, cleaning up around the house, generally keeping busy. I'll be going out to lunch with my wife today, which is always nice.

Ooh! One cool thing is I emailed my professor from winter semester, young guy, new to the town, and asked if him and his wife would like to go out for drinks with us some night; you know, just get to know one another, maybe make friends.

He wrote back and we're going Monday to a nice local pub. Yay!

There have been stranger things graphed. I turned in a project for a Statistics class, years ago, that graphed the correlation between owning goats and buying hats.

I'm doing reasonably well today, although I just surprised the daylights out of myself by venting my spleen over an issue that I didn't even know I was upset about!

We've just entered into one of my least-favorite times as a military family. Hubster has a PCS coming up, and he's put in for where he would like to b stationed next. Now we've got about 5 months of nail-biting before we hear where we're going next. Options include both coasts of the US or Asia.

It is the free reign, which is nice. And we slept in to 9:00 which was even nicer.

Poptarts, coffee, the flist. That's what I'm up to at the moment. The dishwasher being unloaded is on my things to do. Building a satyr-rogue isalso there.

Oh-Anyone know how armor class in D&D is calculated? That is the one thing I can't figure out now. :d

Well, my 10 o'clock appointment didn't show. Not that I mind but it's irritating when I block 2 hours off to do a Social Security app and then the person doesn't show. And I'm sure they will call all desperate. I just might be busy.

ETA: They just called and wanted to come in an hour late! Not.

Anyway, this seems to be the way my day is going. Hope it gets better but I'm not holding out much hope. It must be the pending storm!

I've had like non-stop stress since Saturday it seems. It's too early to say how I am today, but I do have a positive attitude about the day. I'm just hope there's not any stress involved.

Question for the greenies:
Does anyone else get more body aches when stressed out or is it just me? What are some of your favorite ways to relax?

I have general all-over aches when I'm stressed out as well as a buzzing head. I really can't describe the latter very well. Saying something like "it feels like electrical currents are shorting out deep within" doesn't cut it, but it's somewhere along that type of line.

I also become very, very tired, like I am right now. I could -- and probably should -- spend the bulk of the day sleeping. That's almost never feasible, so I settle on gentle things that don't require a lot of physical activity or thought. I also try to get outside without The Kidz -- fresh air does wonders for me.

My mother should be up in a few hours. Since my girlfriend has a double schedule today (school and then work), she's taking a half-day off of her job to take me to my post-surgery ortho appointment.

Had a good talk with an old friend who works at the prison I used to work at. He's had multiple experiences with navigating worker's comp with the state and had a number of excellent pieces of advice.

I'm heading to KFC to get some lunch (as long as there's still $$ in my account... stupid gas bill) for John and me. *puts the buckets on the GR table* Ohhh, and our KFC rocks because they have CORNBREAD as well as the biscuits. ;)

Work soon. (Was up early to help a friend with her accounting.) And to those who went to the bank yesterday because it was closed Monday? >:-O You gave me extra work. So much extra that I had to leave before it was all done! My fingers are still cramped up from typing so much.
