Good morning. Wow it's cold out there! Brrrr! I think it's -3 with the wind chill. It's supposed to get worse.

Yeah, I watched "the other idol" last night. I saw a couple people I liked and of course the usual idiots. There is a 4th judge this year which is sort of interesting. I've never heard of her before though.

Work today. Hopefully no huge drama though.

I didn't watch Our Inferior Television Cousin. In fact, I don't think I ever have. In fact, I don't think I've watched ANY reality show since ... probably 1997 or so, and at this point I figure I might as well keep it that way.

Well, I dunno, because I have watched stuff like Blind Date and shows where they fix up houses, but those don't strike me as reality shows in the currently going sense.

Today is knitting day. Always a plus.

It is a little chilly out right now, but it is supposed to be nice later before the chance of snow happens.

Woo-boy do I feel better now -- too better, if you know what I mean? I am sure one or two of you understand what a steroid + albuterol will do to a person like me. I have already been outside sweeping the dirt off the patio left over from the contractor work yesterday...

I watched that "other inferior show" last night because my dear Blues is addicted to it and I am addicted to him.

I need to try to settle down and write my entry. I knew almost immediately what I wanted to talk about, and now with fewer distractions I think I will be able to get it done.

Class today, just like every other week day, and then maybe buying a new computer. Bought a new car last night, so may as well spend spend spend! Somebody has to be the one to spend money to get us out of these tough economic times, might as well be me and my wife!

Yeah, we watched it. We usually watch through the final however many they narrow it down to and that's it. I've been really disappointed in the talents over the past few seasons (my apologies to any fans out there) so only tune in for the trainwrecks.

I'm off to my art class...trying to bust out 4 sketches in the next 30 minutes. EEK!

I will also be reading Anne Frank's diary all day. I signed up for a new class and found out yesterday that our first quiz is tomorrow! EEk again. Does anyone know of any Cliffnotes type versions online? I've read the book many times but not recently enough that I could take a quiz on it.

i was writing my home game entry yesterday and had somewhat of a revelation....a good one.....but it also rendered what i was writing about useless. Oh the therapeutic joys of writing...i'll have to try again today...

I did not watch the 'other inferior show' last night. I am a die-hard fan...but the first few episodes always bore me...too many people to keep track of. I wait until it hits the hollywood week and top 32 and then have my fingers ready to dial in for my favorites a bazillion times.

I did watch the Biggest Loser last night tho...that show makes me damn near cry every episode.

Didn't see Inferior Television Cousin. Did watch True Beauty, though, which was OMG freaking hilarious. That show does such a great job of making us not-beautiful people feel like it's ok that we're not, because we might be asshat jerks if we were.

This week's topic is perfect for me. I have a half a dozen options of what I could write about. And yet... actual words are eluding me :( I think I'll have it drafted out tonight, sleep on it like always and edit throughout tomorrow and post tomorrow night. Not as early in the week as I'd like, but short of the List O' Shame.

I'm freezing. It's seven here, and that's not counting the windchill because it's windy. Too cold for poor little Fargo.

Of course I watched American Idol last night. I adore it. I wrote my entry while I watched though, so I couldn't pay full attention to the show because I had to write something that would make sense.

About to leave work to go to the chiropractor. Hoping to stop off and get a huge hot cocoa at DD along the way. That will depend on my driver though.

Good morning, everyone.

I have to go food shopping today. I have to get out of the house, no matter how cold it is. I haven't left the house in two weeks, and the scary thing is that particular fact doesn't bother me. It would be all too easy for me to stay isolated for the rest of the winter. Not a good headspace to cultivate.

So I'm going food shopping, to lay in stores for another two weeks or so.
