Unless of course you live somewhere that doesn't have an election today, or you were one of those "early voters" in which case show up at your polling place ANY WAY and demand to vote on *something*!!!

It's your right as an American! Even if you aren't an American, it's still your right as an American!!! :)

If they *don't* let you, write down a list of your complaints and nail it to their door!

Congratulations to everyone for a successful Week 0!

Which means it's time for - Week 1!

For some of you, this is brand new territory. Others have been here before. They have seen what's coming and know when they should be prepared for things.

Things like

Work Room - Week 1

Over the course of seasons there has been a notion that the Green Room isn't really a place equipped to discuss entries or brainstorm.

I can see the point. While it certainly *can* be, it's more of a place to relax than work.

After watching way too many seasons of Project Runway in a row over the summer, it came to me what might fit that need.

A Work Room.

Work Rooms are specifically for discussions on brainstorming or talking about writing in general.
Anything else can go to the Green Room.

I'm going to be posting them at least once a week, or as needed.

I have ideas for future Work Rooms to further develop the idea, but I figured with the first two topics that people were going to need to bounce things off each other and see what happens.

So the first ever LJ Idol Work Room is officially open.
