In the online world of "OMGZ SOMEONE WAS MEAN TO ME!!!!" it's good to get some perspective from time to time about the things that are *truly* important.

Yes. I mean things like Idol. And Me. And Giving me Cookies.

Oh wait - that was my inside voice. Wasn't supposed to *actually post that*.

Oops. Let's do that over again...

Anyone living in the area of a disaster know this - anyone in the area of the Tennessee flooding certainly knows that.

There are many good aid organizations out there to donate to give them a hand, and this is me saying it's OK to post those links here. :)

But I did see something yesterday that gave me pause.

One of those people in the path of the flood, who lost everything, was one of our own, moonstone_fae. Idolers look after Idolers. :)

I'm sure that with the signal boost she was getting yesterday that many of you probably saw this. But I wanted to make sure you did, and get any extra help that can be gotten sent her way:

Whew. . . OK. I don't want the internet to implode from that sort of thing. *thinks* "OMG They wouldn't let me set fire to their house!! I can't believe how unreasonable they are!!!!" *pouts and stomps around*
