there's a 'horror' movie called "May" about a girl that just goes apeshit and chops people up then takes the "perfect" body parts and sews them together to create a "friend."

and the malkavian comment is from Vampire: The Masquerade. (Malkavians are the crazy vampires. Well, all vampires are crazy, just the malkavians are the REALLY crazy ones)
