I'd love to breath without fearing that it is going to start another coughing fit.

Other than that, my DVD project is moving forward slowly and I have finished reading everything that was written (including the home games)and wow I was very impressed. No I didn't comment much but if I can keep two thoughts in line right now, I'm calling that a victory.

I hope everyone's having an awesome weekend! I'm being totally lazy- house needs cleaning, have to go to the grocery store, didn't even want to go out to lunch with my hubby today- just want to stay crashed on the couch reading and watching TV (currently the last two weeks of True Blood).

Today is going okay. Just studying for the upcoming week o'doom. 3 quizzes and 2 exams, and one of those exams is for a doubled class (8 credit hours).

I'm making it sound like more than it is because one exam is a practical which is ridiculously easy and two of the quizzes are in classes where there is a quiz almost every week, but still. Lot of work to do.

Hubby is making chicken soup and it smells nummy.

I've voted for the first 3 tribes so far and still need to read/vote for the last one.

Yesterday was a delightful outing to a large craft fair, with lots of lovely (and tasty!) things to peruse. Started a little Christmas shopping there. Today was a nice breakfast out, and now doing things around the house. It's chilly and gray here, but that is just making it a nice day to stay inside and burn a pumpkin spice candle :-)

The weekend has been quiet here, after the retail madness of Thursday and Friday.

I dunno, what if the tentacles took over LJ Idol? It didn't work so well for Doc Ock, after all. We could find brad has been declared the winner of LJ Idol and that all the runners-up have to give kithan 5 million dollars or have their spines ripped out. It would be a rather unpleasant end to the contest.

I hate grocery shopping on Sundays, so I avoid it whenever possible. Today, though, I couldn't -- The Kidz needed their kibble.

Laundry's on, I've got the teakettle on the stove, and I'm going to relax.

Favorite rock-n-roll movie? I loved La Bamba. Purple Rain was interestingly quirky, as was Quadrophenia.

I think Kithan should have a hook. Much less cumbersome than a harpoon, although I can see where a harpoon would be more useful...

I've only voted in Tribes 1 (I always do my own first) and 3 thus far, but I'll get to the other two tonight, honest.

I cooked brunch earlier today - cheesy brats, then used the leftover grease (plus some butter) to make homemade gravy, then popped & baked some Grands biscuits... nom nom nom!

As far as rock movies, I'll go with either "That Thing You Do" or maybe Jack Black's "School of Rock." =)
