Results - Week 7

 You've turned the castle upside down, but there is no sign of any activity from the Killer(s).  Are they even still around?  Or are the signs being wiped away from view by sabotage? Could they be in the room with you RIGHT NOW, plotting your doom?

But that's not what we are here to talk about. Because there are Killers, and a Wheel to contend with. But the ultimate enemy is always the Poll. 

And this week is no exception, taking a partnership down. 

Which means it's time to say goodbye to garnigal and tonithegreat

Sorry to see two go in one poll. I've just got to believe that the Wheel is going to spin in Home Gamers favours soon!

In the interest of not causing chaos (the antithesis of this season, apparently!), when Gary said I was to be counted as part of any existing team, I opted to join those that were in the lead when I checked the poll this afternoon.

(Gary should be able to verify that I waited until nearly the last possible minute to tell him what team I wished to be counted as part of; by the time I joined, it was clear that the team I joined was well enough in the lead that adding my votes wouldn't do much more than widen an already substantial lead.)

I really did not like the fact that the Wheel gave me the power to basically subvert the will of the voters, so yeah, nah. Waited til I knew they were likely to win, then said "stick me there".

I might get "murdered" in the next round, I might get voted out (likely, looking at my results for this week!), but hey. The people spoke, I didn't want to change that.

Goodbye fellow contestants and good luck! I'll try to lurk around here and maybe home game some in hopes of a spin in my favor for getting back in. But it has been a good season of interaction with all of you and getting some fun writing done. This is a weird, beautiful, terrible, terrifying, liminal, exciting year in my real life, what with recent storm systems in Florida and current events and Rog coming up on 20 years of Parkinsons and my parents aging and me aging and my girls about to turn 17 and driving and being aggressive in their own pursuits. Just the same life that we're all battling our own versions of, I suppose. But I definitely enjoy seeing it through y'all's weird lenses when playing Idol.
