Twist Reveal - Week 2
Jun. 25th, 2025 06:45 pm The Wheel has spoken.
The first question was "Twist or No Twist" and the wheel once again landed on TWIST!
Then the wheel went off spinning again to determine which twist it was going to be.
This could be an interesting one to see how it plays out.
The contestant with the FEWEST votes in Week 2, without being eliminated, will be granted the Nullifier.
This gives them the power to nullify either an elimination (used within 12 hours of when the poll ends) OR a twist (used before the poll with that twist ends).
This power is good until the Top 5.
(Note: The Nullifer has no effect on poison or removing Killers from the game)

Date: 2025-06-26 02:52 am (UTC)Nullifier?
Date: 2025-06-26 03:28 am (UTC)Also, is each one a One Time Use only? Or can whoever gets CHOSEN as the Nullifier, use their power each week until only 5 ppl are left? If they end up eliminated, does the NULLIFIER power end with their elimination? Or do they get to keep doing one or the other?
To use a Werewolf comparison:
One Character (I think the Witch) can Poison or Protect one of the other character. but once they have Protected someone, and Poisoned someone, they are just another villager.
(Yes, I have been playing Are You A Werewold at MFM much too much at [[https://www.mephitfurmeet.org/|Mephit Fur Meet]] over the past several years...
Re: Nullifier?
Date: 2025-06-26 03:35 am (UTC)Yes. It's a one time use. If they go out, their nullifier power goes with them, similar to any other power (unless otherwise noted)
It's a one-shot power that burns out as soon as it's used. BUT it remains on the wheel, so it could come up again.
Re: Nullifier?
Date: 2025-06-26 05:04 am (UTC)I don't really know why I was thinking it might possibly last after they had been eliminated...
or even that they culd use either of the powers repeatedly...
Re: Nullifier?
Date: 2025-06-26 03:38 am (UTC)And second from bottom means e.g. I can’t just write something antisocial to ensure that I get no votes. Not intentionally anyway.
I like Werewolf, but if I am It I have to eliminate my closest friend players who can immediately read me from a mile off.

Date: 2025-06-26 02:11 pm (UTC)From what I can see, this advantage isn't one you'd want to use right away (unless you want to save the person who was just voted off) because we haven't really had any twists to nullify yet (Killers can be nullified and bringing someone back into the game week 1 didn't happen). So there's a chance we all forget this advantage exists and then it pops back up in August.
Verrrrry interesting.
