We went to see 28 Years Later yesterday. It was good, but I wish I had known it was the first movie in a new trilogy. It would have made the ending seem less abrupt!

late to the party again as usual

Right now, at 4:07/16:07 EDT my phone says it's 101F. The Kidz lasted less than 10 minutes out in the yard. I downed three bottles of BodyArmor as well as a SmartWater at work. Mean temperature in my little corner was in the 90s. I was a tad woozy upon leaving, so I sat in my car for a bit before going home.

I think this heat dome is supposed to break Thursday? But hey, I'd rather have this than that dreaded four letter word SNOW.

I had to walk across campus this afternoon to go to a meeting. We tried to blow it off but we couldn't. It was HOT!
