Frist? Happy Mad Wednesday idolers! I need to finish reading and commenting and vote still. But I’m still in fire-fighting mode at work after taking vacay leave so it could be some late late night commenting and voting for me.

I haven’t voted yet. I’m reading as quickly as possible which means I’m not leaving as many comments. I have a busy day tomorrow and not much time this evening but I’m going to do my best.

My new coffee machine arrived at the Amazon locker (yay prime day deals!) so I’ll finally have coffee at home again to help me focus. So heading to grab that before dinner and I’ll try to read tonight.

I have finished reading and already voted, huzzah! Twenty byes and a mere 28 entries to read (yes, that’s still a goodly number of entries, but the veterans here know that the field is often MUCH larger) made for relatively quick work.

My favorites this week were from adore and tigrkittn, but I voted for a LOT, because there were tons of really good entries!

Read and voted. Yes, what Roina_Arwen says. Prepping for a short vay-cay this weekend and into next week. Issues with The Mothership's health going on. Not sure if I will hve to take a bye for next round or not due to being away and not much "Me Time" to reflect and write.

My ISP--do we still call them that?--went down yesterday afternoon and all I could think about was, what do I do? How do I vote? How do I let people know why I have suddenly vanished? Argh! They told me the soonest they could send someone was next week sometime. Fortunately, management shares the same provider, so they got it up and running within twenty-four hours.

I don't do stress well.

So now, I will read the three or so remaining entries I have to read and vote and breathe...breathe...breathe.

I'm reading everything but not commenting because of time, I'd never finish. Great stuff this week here but in real life it's jet lag, garbage fires at work, deprogramming my kids from their dad's habitual weaponized incompetence and a couple of bad chemo days for my partner so rush rush rush
