The Playground - Week 3 - Day 4

 It was just announced yesterday that the Amazing Race will finally be coming back! The season has been completed (after they had already done several legs pre-COVID shutdown) and is currently being edited. 

So things internationally are at a place where an Amazing Race can be filmed! That's definitely a big step forward!

All good here. Hoping the Mothership gets her COVID booster at the assisted living home today. Two weeks ago someone screwed up and she didn’t get one. 😮😡

Wait, so did they start the race over again or is there just going to be a weird time-jump after the first few legs? Either way, I'm for it! I'm not even close to caught up on Amazing Race, having only seen the first maybe seven seasons and two of the most recent ones, but I still enjoy it and am glad to see it back.

I haven't even thought about what I'm going to write for this prompt; heck, I haven't even gotten through reading all of the entries for the last prompt yet! It's been a weird work week and the time change has somehow turned my brain into goo, so I probably won't really be sitting down and putting pen to paper until this weekend. Hopefully I can find a nice quiet place to gather my thoughts; I keep having flashes of lines that might fit the prompt, but nothing solid to build around them.
