 This week has actually been going by faster than expected. As soon as I say that though, that means today is going to DRAG...

I've just started listening to audio books.  Yes, I said "just started" as in on my second one, ever.  I just like reading physical books! But it occurred to me that since I listen to podcasts, with the *right* book, I might be able to just listen to it... so I'm trying it out. 

What have been some of your favorite AUDIO BOOK experiences?

I have a large library of audio books. I started listening to them when recovering from surgery in the early 2000's, and I continue to listen to them when exercising ever since. I currently listen while on the treadmill 3X a week, and when swimming my mile, also 3X a week. I use headphones designed for the water, and just upgraded to a set of waterproof bone induction headphones. Heaven!

Currently I'm listening my way through an old favorite of mine - the Amelia Peters mysteries by Elizabeth Peters.

If you're truly looking for recommendations, try TJ Klune's "The House by the Cerulean Sea" and "Under the Whispering Door", then move on to his Green Creek series.

I have not done audio books, but I do listen to podcasts while driving.
It is a fast week. I woke up today and went, "It's not Wednesday; it's Thursday!" Then my brain went, "OK!"
Working on the prompt...so glad this is an Idol Minor season...
I will have an entry, but it's gonna be lame... just sayin'...

I've never listened to audio books. Dunno why not.

This prompt is going to be the death of me; I keep researching more and more ... and having less and less of an idea. Work should be quiet tomorrow so hopefully I will get some time to write.

my husband really liked the Murderbot audiobooks! they're short, too, so. :)

I tried listening to Audiobooks, but they just don't keep my attention focused. I just don't get lost in the story the way I do with paper or e-books. The closest good experience I've had was the Sandman story, and I only made it through a few first chapters of that.
