A mellow start, for sure. We have been getting deluged which is, of course, fantastic! But would like to see some snow.

No.

I love Disney. I would love to go back to Disney.
Florida is "open." Unfortunately, Florida is also not very smart and everyone who wants to take risks - from areas that aren't "open" - are coming here. Especially to WDW. Disney seems to be doing a good job with their procedures in place, but going to a theme park right now, even Disney, seems a bad gamble.

(sorry - you just asked that question within a half hour of someone from CA posting their WDW pics and getting angry that people weren't happy for her. :D)

I agree. We watched a DisneyLand Xmas special last weekend (mostly for HoneyB who digs Minnie, Mickey and the Frozen characters). Of course, on camera everything was staged perfectly. Low crowds, everyone masked, etc, but...it just wouldn’t be as fun to go to any amusement park and wear a mask all day. Sweaty and gross too. Not worth it especially on Space Mountain. ☹️

I'm fine with wearing the mask all day. But I also know that these people aren't magically appearing in the park and then vanishing directly back to their homes. :)

Even if Disney can enforce social distancing 100% - and no one can - it's just not worth it. I can't wait until I CAN go back.

Disneyland hasn't been open since March!

Guess that whole thing we watched was totally staged with extras as ppl in the “crowds” wearing masks. I do know their “special guest” performers were filmed separately but the parades were real with real masked humans. (Actors as extras I guess) (Not cardboard cutouts).

2020 ended with a bonus paycheck and 2021 started with an incentive check.

I’m getting my Blah-offensive on, even if it’s only 15 minutes on a workday.

May 2021 see my clutter disappear!
