Rod Stewart sang "Tonight's the Night" (recorded at Muscle Shoals, so of course the backing band is the best part of the song. :D)

In this case, he was right. Tonight is indeed the deadline night. It's up for debate on if everything is "gonna be alright" though. The only thing that I *do* know is that a talented writer is going to be leaving us. The only mystery will be "which one".

I'm afraid I was never much of a Rod Stewart fan. I prefer "Hey Tonight" by Creedence Clearwater Revival. I'm sure there are a ton of "tonight" songs out there. Sing one as you vote!

I mean, you say "songs that involve 'tonight'" and my brain goes West Side Story while Google suggests a band named, apparently, Hot Chelle Rae. It includes such lyrics as:

I woke up with a strange tattoo
Not sure how I got it, not a dollar in my pocket
And it kinda looks just like you
Mixed with Zach Galifianakis

So, you know, I'm okay with it. :P

Regarding the vote though...I haven't been looking at the poll. I'm guessing that there's going to be a tie, though. D:
