One person’s step stool is someone else’s tripping hazard.

It’s the way of the world. Every time you think you understand what is going to be something easy, it turns into something difficult.

This week’s topic “My Mount Rushmore” is Exhibit A in that regard. Or, if we want to be historically accurate, this would be closer to being Exhibit D. ;)

So you ended up with a lot of byes.

That said, you also ended up with a ton of great work as well! Which is something that I think doesn’t get talked about enough when folks see the word “bye” a lot in a poll - that it just makes it a little easier to for other work to rise to the top!
And there’s a lot of good stuff to find!
