A few words from clauderainsrm:

The dark days of massive bye-outs are forever behind us! There is only sunshine and fresh fields filled with puppies and kittens ahead!

Or maybe that’s just the recency bias talking.

Whatever the case, we do only have a few bye-outs this week: ____hejira
bunnika, buddyhollylover and reborn_spirit

But they are some old friends and new: a couple Second Chancers and a couple newbies who I felt was someone that I would be seeing a very, very, very long time in this competition.

Thank you for coming out this season. I hope that you will join the Home Game, and of course, take advantage when Second Chance Idol opens, for a chance to get back into the competition!

As for the rest of you, it’s poll time!

Okay, my math must be off here. I have:

Start of Week 10: 149 players
- 12 bye-outs/drops = 137 names in poll
- 4 eliminated + 10 brought back in = 143 at start of Week 11
- 4 bye-outs/drops = 139

What did I miss?

Something's going on with Similiesslip -- I don't know details, but she very nearly dropped and then didn't, and Gary said he'd let us know when/if she did. I have her marked separately from the polls -- I assume it's a special situation and an Executive Bye sort of thing. Hopefully she's okay.

If you don't get community notifications whenever Gary posts something, you really should. I get an email whenever the community is updated - topic thread posts, GR posts, etc. Very handy to have, and you are far less likely to miss deadlines!
