Right now I can only think of one incident where I felt the kind of rapture you describe. The problem is that I already wrote about it this season during the holiday break, and I doubt I can come up with a new perspective on that experience.

I'm trying recall other points in my life where I was similarly entranced, but my depression is disrupting my memory. For similar reasons, I don't think I could even write a fictional tale about such an experience right now -- If I don't believe in the topic, how the hell am I going to sell it to the reader?
