Images that come into my mind? I just thought of the feeling of being twitterpated as like being infected with a squicky alien parasite that alters your feelings and makes you enjoy it. The sense of losing emotional control when being smitten and the fact that infatuation often makes people do stupid things...doesn't make the idea of becoming twitterpated seem like all that much fun.
