With me, it's really not the nature of the group or how comfortable I am with them, it's just that being around other people is tiring. Even my family, my immediate family, whom I love dearly, tire me out. I need time to myself to recharge. I am a hard-core introvert.

Of course, some people are more tiring than others. I am shy, so being around new people or people I don't know well wears me out, because of the additional anxiety. And some people just take more energy, for whatever reason.
