I came into the contest last season saying I'd never do fiction. It wasn't my thing. But that quickly changed as ideas came to me.

I go back and forth between the two. I love seeing fiction do well, but I appreciate the non-fiction a heck of a lot. I like reading about peoples lives....I just haven't had ideas to fit the topic. My real life is rather boring, and I couldn't figure out how to make a non-fiction entry work this time around. Usually, I consider myself more of a non-fiction writer and my thoughts go to those ideas first. But when nothing comes to me, I go fiction. That being said, I do have some non-fiction stories I'd love to share still, but a suitable topic hasn't come up. I know, they say you can stretch any topic to fit anything, but I'm all about the topics forming the entry, not the other way around.
