I have to say, I'm curious about gnomeangel, and what the fall out was after she eliminated popfiend. Aside from the announcement post. Was there backlash? Did she get snubbed and/or eliminated after that?

Yeah, there was "backlash".

She became one of the most polarizing contestants the game has ever seen, before or since.

Some people loved her. Some hated her.
