The polls are CLOSE. Your vote may be the difference between keeping in one of your favorites, or even someone that you see a greater potential in. Which means if you haven't cast it yet, it's time!

A few votes in any direction, especially this month, is going to make a huge difference.

There's still a lot of entries, and not everyone gets a chance to see them all - Who isn't, in your opinion, getting the love they deserve?

How are you doing today? Smiling like sunshine or crying like Tebow?

I'm sorry that you're going through this. :-(

When my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer a few years ago, she had the same reaction to losing her hair. So she took charge and just went down and got it all shaved off. She said it was very empowering for her... maybe something to consider?

And long electric blue hair sounds hawt! :-)

Thank you :( I know it sound vain, but it's just so hard to think about losing something I've liked about myself, and that others like as well.

Your mom is brave as hell. Good for her for just - taking that plunge. Another friend of mine said the same thing - just shave it off and take back the control, the power. It is something to consider.

I don't have cancer, but Lupus, and I never thought I'd lose my hair over it. But the drugs I'm on are chemo drugs, so I should have opened my eyes to this possibility. I'm still trying to remember that, in a few months, it will grow back.

And long electric blue hair sounds awesome. That, and pink, and maybe red, too? I'll have to do some shopping, lol :)

It's not vain... I think it sounds perfectly normal. You're enduring a really scary thing and I think it's natural to cling to those things. There's nothing vain about it.

My mom is definitely brave. But so are you. You're stepping up and fighting this thing and that takes courage. So good on you. I'm keeping you in my thoughts. And your hair will definitely grow back.

In the meantime, you're right... have fun with it. Blue sounds great... and red... oh yes. Red. :-)

Thank you for understanding - and for saying I'm brave. I really don't feel it. I feel mad, and terrified, and pissed at the universe at large. I'm sure I'll get over myself, and I just have to keep remembering that it WILL grow back once I stop the MTX.

I think, though, if it's going to happen, I better make it something entertaining. Definitely blue, and red as well. If the hair ALL falls out and I get wigs, I will post pictures for sure :)
