It's that time again.

Another round of voting has come to a close and we have to say goodbye to some more folks.

The process is never easy, and it is just going to get more difficult as time goes on.

As usual, I will post the names and come back and say a few words.

This week we are saying goodbye to

nycki96: When I do these things I like to look over the last couple entries of a contestant to see what there is to be seen that will help me gather my random thoughts. In doing so, I encountered a comment in your introduction. Why did I not realize that you are in Pinellas Park? That makes you the closest contestant to me. Which, now that I think of it, may not be the best thing to say to someone being eliminated - that they can find me easily. :) But I had missed that before and thought that it was interesting.

Back in week 1 you ended up a line "I have so many people that love me truly and don't require empty gestures, false facades, and perfect performances. That is what I concentrate on." and I remember thinking at the time that it pretty much nailed it and that despite everything you have to deal with on a day to day basis, you've managed to keep your head on straight with a healthy perspective.

metal_tiara: The veteran of the group and the first person (that I can think of off the top of my head) to start out playing each season from a completely different part of the world! From what I remember of your stuff from last season, I'm going to go out on a limb and say that the VISA stuff has been playing havoc with your schedule. Otherwise I don't think you would have used those byes that soon. There were a lot of interesting thoughts in this week's entry, especially about the nature of mirrors, and I think a lot of good jumping off points for further entries and/or discussions.

animimi: Deadlines sure weren't your friend. ;) But you were getting better at it! I'm sure by next week you would have gotten even better. Which is a shame that we never got to find out. The second biggest challenge was probably starting out with the meta. Because once you got passed the thought process that brought you to that point - it was always somewhere good, it was somewhere that I personally wanted to sit and stay awhile, and hear more. These kernels of insight that I think were on the verge of popping into something wonderful.

purplewaxhand: As someone who used to watch a fair amount of "Whose Line Is it Anyway?" I loved the reference this week. Of the four though I have to admit you are the biggest engima. Maybe it was because of the byes, or you were concentrating on NaNo. I'm not sure. I just never got an impression of what you were capable of, and that's a shame. Because some of the ideas I saw this week and in the introduction seemed to be a lot of fun. I imagine the person behind them, and writing, is the same. I just wish we could have had the chance to see more of it.

Thank you so much to all of you for coming out to play this season. I've said it before, and I will continue to say it - I hope to see you guys around and perhaps playing the Home Game.

One more item to handle. You will notice that there is one tribe result missing. It is because it ended in a TIE.
