Hey, I finally made it!
Now it is time to go off to work--my boss is not "federal" so we are not closed today. In fact, I work, the cute guy had to work, the smallbear has school, firstborn has to work...we can haz holiday tu?

I've already done my discovering; kitten and I went out for a walk "exploring" in the yard. Weather's been kind of bad lately so it was a while since she got to go out, and the fallen leaves blowing around were very exciting!

I've got to work today too. There are times I miss my old job in NY. From October through January, we were set when it came to time off.

I have them sent to my e-mail client, then alphabetize them, then read one from the top, then one from the bottom alternating till I reach middle. Makes it feel faster, anyway. Also eliminates the early poster bias, meaning I'm just as likely to read a new one as an older one.

Delta is collecting $2 a cup for pink lemonade to give for reasearch this month, some of the flight attendants are wearing pink tees and some of the gate personnel are in pink ties.
