The town of Kennesaw, GA requires that all homeowners own a gun.

According to Wikipedia, there are 12 countries that enforce mandatory voting laws.

In Idol - you have a choice. You can vote for your favorite Second Chance entries: http://community.livejournal.com/therealljidol/418957.html or you can be a punk and let other people vote in/eliminate people for you. It's your choice, if you want to be a punk (the bad kind, who shops at Hot Topic).

Personally, I would just go read and vote. What do you have to gain? Reading some really cool entries. What do you have to lose? Not being forced to loiter in Kennesaw, GA!
