Gold Stars Week 15

Some weeks are harder than others. When those weeks pop up, it's always nice to see people willing to step right up to the week with a positive note. Or even just continuing to do their own thing.

Really, from where I sit there are more people doing positive things than there are folks trying to stir things up. It's just those people usually yell louder.*g*

actually it was freezing rain yesterday... but at least it's no longer snowing.
miserable = approx 50 feet walk just to get from the car-><-apartment. good exercise though!

our place does not have parking spots right outside our door---there's a playground!

The key is standing out in a POSITIVE way. By not standing out, you might not, um, "readily stand out" as I'm putting my list together.

I'll have to check and see how many you have in general because I know you've been in consideration for awhile now...

I guess I'm not all that sure how these folks "stand out" - if it's based on mostly GR commentary and such, well, I can't access LJ when I'm at work (it's blocked) and it's rare for a GR to be posted before I leave for work in the morning (around 7:40 am EST), so I can't get in on the action until after I get home around 5:30-6:00 pm.

I've got 1 GS so far, I'm not sure how many most have, except I know Spydie had 3. And I realize you give out fewer each week as the number of contestants drops, so I guess I'm not all that surprised that I've only got 1, all things considered.
